A Great Pair of Leggings

Fall is synonymous with sweater weather, but this year it also goes hand in hand with leather weather! Leather and faux leather are extremely popular this season and we are not just talking about jackets (although if you follow us on Instagram, you’ll see me rocking my favorite faux leather moto jacket quite often!). Now, if you are like me and cannot afford to buy the real thing, you’re in luck! There are so many great faux leather pieces that you can add to your wardrobe for under $100! Today, we are focusing on faux leather leggings.

Who doesn’t love a great pair of leggings? Style icon Audrey Hepburn brought leggings onto the fashion scene in 1957 as Jo Stockton in Funny Face. Since then, so many famous ladies have been seen wearing them through the decades, such as Olivia Newton John, Cher, Twiggy, Madonna, and Cindy Crawford just to name a few. I know some people still refuse to embrace leggings, but may I remind you of the benefits…

They are so darn comfortable! If you just can’t find a way to dress up your sweats or joggers, then leggings are for you!

So there you have it! Leggings have become a staple in every girl’s closet for the past few years now and this year, it’s all about the faux leather legging! As I was looking for the perfect pair to add to my fall wardrobe, I realized that so many good pairs were over $100, some even close to $200. Now, I’m a teacher, so there’s no way I should be spending $200 on a pair of leggings. Luckily, I came across this pair, originally marked for $108, but now on sale for 40% off! Major score!

I’ve checked out a bunch of faux leather leggings at lower price points and some were good and some were just too cheap looking. These faux leather leggings are great quality! They are high-waisted, hug you in all the right places, and have vertical seaming down the legs, which make them oh so flattering! I really liked this added detail. It made these leggings stand out from the rest. The vertical seaming gives them a different look from your basic legging. The high-waist adds comfort, firms, and sculpts. Any woman can appreciate that!
